Just got off the treadmill, I often pray ππ» when running. Itβs where I am learning to let much go, focus on my breathing, and my form.

I have just decided that during all the things, I am going to try to blog on Mondays and Fridays π after or while job searching of course! π
So, here goes β¦

I have been job searching for weeks now and have not found a thing that is βa go.β
Clearly we all know finding something part time, working from home, and in a field that I would like β¦ Well, it is basically impossible!

Donβt get me wrong though, I will continue to look, and will continue to apply. I mean I am on the hunt now β¦ but I need a minute!
A minute to pause, to think, and to regroup!
I am realizing, I am also having a touch of anxiety. This happens ever so often for me.

School is starting up soon as well as the Soccer β½οΈ season for our girls πππ
So, this means the calendar is now packed!
I am also truly on information overload, which does not help! Thoughts are just piling on! It has just been a lot of news lately, from all angles. ππ»
So, as we are discussing this weekβs events, I was then thinking about my workouts for the week, as in should I in the mornings vs. when we are @ the fields β½οΈ, or after when we get home, etc. Someone once said, βWait you workout, so how busy are you?β π
I just laugh, because canβt make these things up π€·π»ββοΈ
So, going back to this morning (sorry type A, mind wanders, like I said) I then thought to myself, βman that Olympic gold medalist, Sydney, she is super fast. That girl, can ruuunnn FAST and her abs are showing it!β
(I am random like that with my thoughts! – haha)

I mean I run on average 3-5 xβs a week and I do not have abs like Sydney. Granted I have a little showing now, but I am also a mommy of 3, I am 41 vs. her 25, and I do not train like an Olympic athlete either.

Right now too, applauding ππ» my healing β€οΈβπ©Ή I am in the process of training/strengthening my βit band,β more towards my glute. This has been an ongoing issue, ever since I kicked my mile into being faster. So, now, trying to get back to a faster pace without being so sore, where I need to take a break! π€·π»ββοΈ

Thoughts for the day, find something that can help you pause from adulting, mentally and physically.
